Online Training: Essential Business Skills for the Insurance Professional

An organization can only achieve its strategic goals with a knowledgeable staff. So, when we asked member CEOs what keeps them awake at night, it came as no surprise that the recurring theme was "developing talent." The Council and The Institutes listened, and in response present Essential Business Skills for the Insurance Professional, a series of six online, self-study courses (a total of 36 modules) designed to develop practical selling skills and servicing skills, teach business-related interpersonal skills, increase productivity and much more.
