Trust is a critical element in the client and broker/agent relationship. Profiles International

The Leader in Pre-employment Assessment

The Council and Profiles International, Inc., a leader in pre-employment evaluation and assessment tools, continues their long-term partnership to provide Council member firms an edge in the hiring game by offering industry-specific, customizable, online assessment tools at a reduced price. Members may administer assessments directly with Profiles International, or may request administration services from The Council at no extra charge. The Profile XT Placement Report, the most popular of the pre-employment assessments among member firms, for member firms only is $125.00 per report, and includes Council administration services. The reports are typically generated within 24 hours of submission of a completed assessment.

The Placement Report objectively measures the core competencies (such as verbal and mathematical reasoning and acuity), behaviors (such as objectivity, independence, sociability and decision-making) and occupational interests (such as financial, creative and people-service) of candidates for employment and then combines the results with a job-specific pattern, based on the ratings of a sample of our industry's most productive employees, to ensure that applicants fit the job so your firm can avoid costly hiring mistakes. The report also suggests follow-up questions interviewers can ask to help further determine a candidate’s suitability for the position being filled.

All of the Profile products are statistically valid and reliable, and exceed the U.S. Department of Labor's guidelines. Not only does The Council endorse The Profile XT, we administer the assessment for every hire at The Council and find it an invaluable source of hard to get at information.
