The Council’s Talent Development Working Group was an opportunity for individuals who develop talent in the insurance brokerage industry to discuss shared challenges and opportunities, as well as explore thought leadership on relevant topics. Participants engaged in dynamic dialogue about enhancing employees’ skills and effectiveness through the design and management of inclusive learning and development plans. The working group also provided a platform to build relationships with industry peers, fostering a network that can be leveraged throughout the year.
