SVP, Leadership & Management Resources
Julia Ruiz is the Senior Vice President of Leadership & Management Resources. Ruiz will oversee The Council’s Academy along with efforts to create programs and resources that develop talent at all levels within its member firms. She also heads up The Council’s Planning and Strategic Resources Committee for the Board. Previously, Ruiz was Vice President of Strategy & Leadership Resources. She joined The Council in August 2009.
