Director, Government Affairs
Sarah Talmage is the Director of Government Affairs. She represents The Council member firms and their interests on Capitol Hill. Sarah was born and raised on Long Island, New York and graduated from Dickinson College in Pennsylvania. Before joining The Council, Sarah spent nearly 7 years working on Capitol Hill, most recently as Deputy Chief of Staff for Congressman Anthony D’Esposito. Prior to working for D’Esposito, Sarah served in various roles with former Congressman Lee Zeldin, rising to the position of Legislative Director.
First job: Hostess at a seafood restaurant
Three things I would bring to a deserted island: Some sort of fire starter, camera (I’m sure this island is beautiful), speakers for my Spotify play lists.
Favorite place to visit: The beach!
