Nationwide’s second annual Small Business Indicator, a national survey conducted across more than 500 small business owners, revealed that at least 78 percent of small business owners don’t have a cyber-attack response plan. In light of the cyber-attack against Dyn, Inc., last Friday, and with National Cybersecurity Awareness month drawing to a close, agents should aim to spread awareness to the 45 percent of small business owners who think they will not be targeted and have no response plan in place.
